Instructions
Cook the fusilli pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool it down.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, halved cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and chopped basil.
In a small bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, balsamic glaze, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and dried oregano (if using).
Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss gently to combine, ensuring everything is well coated.
Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more salt, pepper, or balsamic glaze, as desired.
Let the pasta salad sit for about 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Serve in a large, shallow bowl, garnished with extra basil leaves and a drizzle of balsamic glaze on top for a polished look.
