Instructions
In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese using a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
Gradually add the powdered sugar and brown sugar, mixing on low until fully combined.
Add the vanilla extract and sour cream, then beat until the mixture is well incorporated.
Sprinkle in the ground cinnamon and mix until evenly blended.
Fold in the diced apples gently until they are distributed throughout the dip.
Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and drizzle caramel sauce on top.
If desired, sprinkle chopped pecans over the caramel layer for added crunch.
Serve with fresh apple slices and graham crackers for dipping.
