Ingredients
2
cups
pretzels, broken into pieces
1
cup
dark chocolate chips
1
cup
white chocolate chips
1/2
cup
crushed nuts (almonds, pecans, or walnuts)
1/4
cup
mini marshmallows (optional)
to taste
sea salt for sprinkling
1/4
cup
caramel sauce (optional for drizzling)
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
Once melted, take 1 cup of the broken pretzel pieces and fold them into the melted dark chocolate until fully coated.
Pour the chocolate-pretzel mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out into an even layer, about 1/4 inch thick.
In another bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in a similar fashion until smooth.
Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the dark chocolate pretzel layer using a spoon or a piping bag for precision.
While the chocolate is still melted, sprinkle the crushed nuts and mini marshmallows on top.
Optionally, drizzle caramel sauce over the entire bark and sprinkle a pinch of sea salt for added flavor.
Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 1 hour or until the chocolate is fully set.
Once hardened, break the bark into pieces, and store in an airtight container.
