Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the minced garlic, olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the marinade.
Spread the shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Roast the shrimp in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until they are pink and opaque.
Once cooked, remove the shrimp from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley for garnish.
Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side for an extra burst of flavor.
