          In a pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil and add the baking soda carefully.

            Punch down the risen dough and roll it into ropes approximately 1-inch thick. Cut the ropes into 1-inch pieces to form bites.

              Carefully drop about 6 to 8 pretzel bites at a time into the boiling water for about 30 seconds. Remove them with a slotted spoon and place them on a clean kitchen towel or paper towel to drain excess water.

                Arrange the pretzel bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry them for 8-10 minutes, or until they are golden brown.

                  While the pretzel bites are air frying, mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a shallow bowl.

                    Once the bites are done, immediately toss them in the cinnamon sugar mixture until thoroughly coated.

                      Serve warm and enjoy!
